Once upon a time, Maija Isola dropped her pail down a well and was inspired by the ripple effect to create her 1964 Kaivo (Well) pattern; half a century later, the bold design is still making waves worldwide. Here, it’s featured in soft and warm shades of cream and beige on a wool-blend blanket. The same pattern in the opposite colorway can be seen on the reverse side, so it looks fabulous however it’s folded or draped across a sofa back or bed. The fringed edges add to the cozy look and feel.
