Aino-Maija Metsola’s master shading makes this pattern appear to shimmer in metallic silver, bronze, copper, and gold. Called Poronjäkälä (Reindeer Moss), this pattern resembles the bushy, branched lichen found in Arctic lands. The design is printed on Marimekko fabric printed in Finland.
